Financial Eligibility |
For people who do not have health insurance:
-
Income at or below 500% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients get full coverage for medication cost.
-
Income above 500% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 50% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).
For people who have health insurance but no pharmaceutical coverage:

Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients get full coverage for medication cost.

Income between 301% and 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 10% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).

Income more than 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 50% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).
For people who have health insurance but limited pharmaceutical coverage:

Income at or below 230% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients get full coverage for medication cost.

Income between 231% and 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 7% of medication cost (Up to 7% of income).

Income between 301% and 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 10% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).

Income between 401% and 500% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 50% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).
For people who have health insurance and full pharmaceutical coverage:

Income at or below 230% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients get full coverage for Co-Pays.

Income between 231% and 299% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 7% of Co-Pays (Up to 7% of income).

Income between 300% and 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 10% of Co-Pays (Up to 10% of income).

Income between 401% and 500% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 50% of Co-Pays (Up to 10% of income).
Emergency one time ADAP for drugs not on the formulary:

Income at or below 230% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients get full coverage for medication cost.

Income between 231% and 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 7% of medication cost (Up to 7% of income).

Income between 301% and 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 10% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).

Income between 401% and 500% of the current Federal Poverty Level, clients pay 50% of medication cost (Up to 10% of income).
