Financial Eligibility	Income at or below 400% of the current Federal Poverty Level. If your income is too high to qualify but is less than $50,000, A sliding scale co-payment based on annual state income tax liability can apply. Your health insurance does not provide drugs as a benefit or your co-payment plan is causing financial hardship or you cannot be enrolled in HMO, health insurance programs or other public programs. Must not be eligible for Medical. Annual recertification required.
Medical Eligibility	HIV + or AIDS diagnosis. Over 18 yrs of age. Prescription for a covered drug from a CA licensed physician.
