Financial Eligibility |

Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level.

Cannot be eligible for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona's Medicaid program.

Have no other benefits which could pay for the medications.

Medical Eligibility |

Enrollment |
All individuals applying for ADAP are screened for AHCCCS eligibility. ADAP will provide up to 30 days of medication until eligibility is determined. |

Pharmacy |
In Maricopa/Pinal counties, the Maricopa County Department of Public Health Services Pharmacy distribute the medications. In other parts of the state, ADAP supplies drugs direct to designated pharmacies. |
