Financial Eligibility |
-
Income at or below 300% of Federal Poverty Level for Alaska.
-
Non-income assets that fall with in the level allowed for Medicaid eligibility.

Residency in Alaska for atleast 30-days
-
willingness to sign an Intent to stay letter
-
Must be the last resort payer (no other public assistance, Medicaid, VA benefits, or privet insurance)

Medical Eligibility |

HIV+ and a licensed practitioner's prescription.

Prescibed a medication on the ADAP formulary
-
Be a client of one of the state funded HIV care consortium lead agencies
